Looking at Douglas Costa, wouldn't you have any problems with his low stamina and natural fitness?

he has stamina 13 and fitness 11 on my game so far!
you can always put his strength training a bit higher, but he lasts the whole game, use him for counters really, he does not do much getting backor closing down at all!
