Just setting up a new game as Kidderminster Harriers. I will stay at this club for the whole game and not manage any other club. Is England the only league i need to have "playable", and i could still buy other players from other leagues i haven't "added".

Correct sir, if you're not planning on managing teams in the other leagues you only need to set England as Playable.

Yes, that's correct. But the more leagues you load and the larger the database, the more players will be in your game to buy.
