Ivory Coach staff

Hi. I've have taken over as the manager of Ivory Coast, but the staff I currently have aren't very good and everyone I approach from my club (won Serie A and am at the end of my first season with Bari) declines the job offer. Does anybody have any ideas how I can get some decent staff in?

Any time I've managed a nation I find it easier to sign up staff with the same nationality as the country your managing. Other than that I've had the same problem
