J league help

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if there is anybody out there who can give me a step by step guide on how to play in the Japanese J-League?
I've googled it and found some stuff about deleting certain files on your computer and then downloading a J-League database etc? If so could anybody explain what exactly to delete and where to find the best downloadable J-League database?
