Jack Grealish

Hi I'm currently doing okay in my Villa save and was wondering if anyone knows the best way to develop Jack Grealish.

His preferred position is on the left wing as an inside forward. Am I best off keeping him there and buying a new AMC to compete with Gil or bringing him into the middle and buying a new left-winger.

He's a natural in both positions but it would be really useful to find out where he is most effective in the future.

From my experience he is best on wings. I'm in season 2020 and he is one of my best wingers (Left)

I failed to get anything out of him in the middle to be honest. for the last few seasons i have had nothing but huge offers from the giant clubs. I wouldn't sell him for 100m

Jesse Lingard is also another one I would recommend developed amazingly

He's just got injured for 10 months in Feb of first season.

I was training him as a left sided inside forward with quickness his focus. I think the injury may have just killed his potential growth

Do you have a screenshot of Lingard development? I have just signed him for villa first season?

I got him to develop nicely as a right-sided AP on an FM Touch save, but I don't think he's any better than my save on full FM16, where he's IF on the left-hand side. Maybe slightly worse, in fact. I'd stick left.

Also, talking of Villa development: any thoughts on getting Easah Suliman to be killer?
