Jake Forster-Caskey, James Ward-Prowse and Raheem Sterling?

Does anyone know if Jake Forster-Caskey, James Ward-Prowse and Raheem Sterling actually fulfill their potentials?

with good training schedules, game time and good tutoring then there's no reason why they can't

I've seen Sterling become pretty awesome, yeah. I've signed Foster-Caskey before and he was sick but often he fails to ever get much further than the Championship.
