And he's not in the editor so it's 100% that he's a regen...

He's not real in the official database. My guess is that S.J has downloaded an update made by another member, and they've added this guy in and made him a machine when he's not actually in the game..

No one under 16 ever make the offical game, so anyone below 16 at the start of the game is either a regen or created.

He is a real player but not created by SI in the game. Somebody created him using the editor and made him great
