Welcome guys, in this thread i will be posting three tactics that i've had some good results for so far and they are still in development though, but i would like to share them with you as these look very promising!

Ok, first of all these three tactics i've created from my own football knowledge and from my own ideas, no copying or inspiration from other people whatsoever, i've always wanted to create my own tactic and philosophy and trying to get instant success and its taken me ages, but now it looks like i've finally done it :)

So now here's an insight into the aims and philosophies of these tactics. We have one "Control" tactic with the 4-1-2-2-1, this is where you want to try and utilise the midfield, you could compare this to maybe Barca because of the false 9, but i think its completely different, i like to use this away from home against bigger teams. We have one "Counter" tactic with the flat 4-4-2, i use this when i play teams similar/bigger than me away or at home sometimes, the main focus of this is to have a solid defence and to have a deadly counter attack. Finally, the last one is the "Attack" tactic with the 4-2-3-1 (Denmark) i use this at home against similar/smaller teams, obviously the main aim of this one is to attack the opposition and get the goals in.

But the main philosophy of all three of these tactics, is to play football ON THE GROUND! i hate seeing teams just lumping it up the pitch. I like to get all the players involved, create those little triangles, but most importantly, SCORE GOALS, that is what fans want to see!

So here are the three tactics (I will learn soon how to upload tactics properly soon, but this is literally all you need to copy from these screenshots)

Set pieces are:
Left side corner: 6 yard box, right side corner: 6 yard box
Left side free kicks: Near post, Right side free kicks: Far post

There are NO PPM's, i leave OI to assistant, and i don't alter pitch length.

And here are the results i have had so far when i played in my second season of my Newcastle save (I implemented these tactics after the 2-1 loss to spurs, i used the "Counter" tactic up to the AZ champions league game, i used the "Control" in the Man city, Norwich and Dortmund game and "Attack" in the Arsenal, bournemouth and west ham games.

I used the instruction "shoot on sight" instead of "work ball into box" personally because i think that brings a more attacking sense to a possession style game, i don't like it when you're just passing it around and players are just too afraid to shoot!

Here are some more info about the three tactics so you know what they are about (its stupid when people upload tactics and don't explain the aim or philosophy of them!)
"Control"-I'd say this not only brings a more possession based game, but a pressing game, the BBM/S and AP/A really do get in the opponents faces along with the false 9, which is just what i like ;)
"Counter"-Maybe you could compare this to Wenger's 4-4-2 with the invincibles? Anyway as with the other two tactics its a short passing game, and also quite lethal in an attacking sense despite it being labelled as a counter attacking one, however this isn't really a pressing type tactic like the "Control" one, quite often you will see two banks of four behind the ball.
"Attack"-You could say this is a possession based tactic, but its very attacking and is designed to really score the goals, play it on the floor and press the opposition high up the pitch.

To conclude, all three of these tactics are built around the same philosophy of total football. I like to have a wide variety of formations to choose from, it can be quite difficult to master a short passing and modern game with the 4-4-2 but it seems this tactic has worked for me :) that is what i like about having three different and adaptable tactics around 1 philosophy, and i think it also prepares your players better for different oppositions.

Thank you for reading guys, would appreciate it if you leave feedback, and also test these out! As i said i've only played 14 games with these 3 tactics and they seem to work very well. Please feel free to leave any of your thoughts on improvements etc.

Will upload better quality pics soon.

Is this tactic compatible with the latest 14.3.1 patch?
And why isn't there any download links?

Actually, them screenshots are tiny.

Bit odd to bump such a old thread though.

How hard can it be? To upload files...I don't get it...laughable!
