Ignore this spoiler. Tactic has been overhauled. 4-0-2-2-2 is changed to 4-2-2-0-2. It has been very good to me. But of course mileage may vary. It is my final version. Will upload my results later.

One of my personal favorite formation is narrow 4222 which is common in Brazil, I believe
This is a work in progress. But I hope to get done with season soon to show you the result of this tactic.. I am playing 4222 narrow in Brazil (I think that is their natural formation). I am not using OIs nor Shouts. I am trying to utilize my created tactic as plug and play. The team I am playing is Coritiba in Brazil's first division. Media prediction is 14th place. (I didn't want to pick top team or maybe I should've done that) So the team is pretty much average if not slightly below-average.
I am noting some statistics in the table below. (F and A = For and Against, G= Goals, CCC=ClearCutChance, HC=HalfChance, OT/S = OnTarget out of Total Shots, Pos%= Possession percentage)
Updated: Things are going extremely well. I would say don't get carried away from these Parana State results as most of them are underdog teams. Because in Brazil, I am first participating some sort of championship before league games. So I cannot know how well this fare against similar or superior teams yet but we will find out this eventually. But it is clear so far.....against underdogs, my team has been dominating completely. As shown in the Table and I'll upload the screenshot of matches list now. I will replace that SS time to time.

Guys, I will try to get this season done as soon as possible. I have school but most of my free time are done on FM13 (A) I want to get this done and show. I expect there will be bad games...wouldn't be surprised if this tactic start to fall apart. But it is going well right now. I will be updating Table and SSs on league table (check the spoilers) as I make progress into the season!
