Javier Pastore & Paulo Henrique into wingers!!

I Converted Pastore into AMR for my Arsenal team and has scored me 18Goals and 22Assists

I Converted Henrique into AML and got 11goals and 17assists

Has anybody else converted a player into a new position with great success?

i kept pastore at ACM and he scored average 20 goals a season at palermo, assist galore, i think the game just rates him highly.

how the **** did you manage to train them into winger position.... I re-trained pastore to cm, but winger?

How long can you keep someone on retraining? Can you get them past "accomplished" with retraining?

Does retraining have any negative effects?

Not really!

It's a waste of training time if you you'll never play them in that position though, or if they'll be ineffective there.
