Jersey and Number behind player face?

Hey guys,

I've seen a couple of screenshots where behind the player face (or in some instances the blank cutout) there is the team jersey with the player's name and number on the back. Just curious as to whether that's a graphic option in the actual game or part of a facepack/additional graphic that someone has created.
