Job Offers

Hi all this is my first post so if its pointless apologies in advance

i am currently in my 3rd season as Hearts manager and have done not to bad well winning the league and league cup in my first season and the league cup and Scottish cup in my second while splitting the old firm by finishing second, but my gripe is i have yet to be offered or even been linked with any jobs is this a bug of some sort or is it just harder to move up the ladder this year?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

I'm also Hearts & in my 3rd season, never been offered a job either although I'm not interested in moving clubs...my aim is to try to beat 9 in a row |)

It wasn't til my 7th season til i got a job offer-but i started at bottom
