I wouldn't say 10 is an awful result, it did better than the stock presets in-game.

Very good tactic, you can tweak it and change the role of the DMC in defensive midfielder (defend) if you have a classic defensive mid, they will perform good, also you concede less goals.

eeeek, that looks horrible. Have you looked at your players attributes?maybe switch of "use offside trap" and move the defense engagement line down 2 notches
