Has anybody actually embeded this lad into theyre 1st team as an important player?
So far all i have him on loan at a championship club but i do want him as an important player for seasons to come.. Any advice?

Because spurs has a fantastic midfield i dont think i have a place for him for at least 3 seasons..

i'm in my second season in the premier league with brentford and this is his third season with me and hasnt moved away from being an important player in my midfield. he is great, gets so many assists plus one or two goals too, won the fans player of the season last year, he is a great lad !
