Hi, i've looked and couldn't find anything on this sorry if there is.
I've just bought Neymar for arsenal at start of game, got work permit and everything but he is joining on the 1st July 2010. Can anyone tell me why, and if i can't do anything, can i cancel somehow? Cheers

Because he isnt 18 yet i assume.

You cant take a player from Brazil until they are 18.

Dont cancel it, he is tip top.
