I think Pep has a long way to go in his managerial career for people to say HE outclassed Real Madrid tactically. A great team performance and I have no doubt Pep is a great motivator as he loves the club dearly, however he's got nothing on Mourinho as a manager.

Pep is man manager with Messi, Xavi, Iniesta and all other home players ... but what did Ibrahimović and Yaya Toure said ... they said that Pep never talks to them ... Jose is everything, he is manager who is loved by every player in his team ... After all, Marco Matterazzi cryed after Mourinho's last game ... Pep is average manager, but he is in charge of Barcelona because of his history .

Even people who hate Barca likes Pep because he is just class. Players dont love pep? Did you see the reaction from Valdes, Pique, even Villa and whole Barca team when Ronaldo pushed Pep? And in Champions league when Danish coach was shouting at Pep, did you see the reaction from Biscuits? Catalan players will do anything for Barca.

He is not tactically limited, he is good actually.
