This isn't something that just affects him, but affects him the most in my team at the moment. He's inconsistent. I mean, he has fantastic potential and is still only young, but it annoys me how he can go alternate from 9.0 ratings to 5.0 ratings all the time.

Does anyone know how to iron out inconsistencies or does it just happen naturally as players get older?

ive had the same problem, i tend to play him then put him as sub next, he's a lot more consistant that way for me
