Liverpool are apparently the front runners to sign Charlton's 18 year old Jonjo Shelvy for a reported 3 million pound.

Liverpool don't seem to buy much English youth Imo, 3 million isn't a bad price for him, and even if it dosen't work out, i think we would make a profit on him in 3/4 years.

Mainly because English players are stupidly overpriced. I'd happily take a Dalle Valle, Nemeth and a Duran in the place of one English Youngster any day.

slightly. but until it is either confirmed or thats an actual quote from rafa or Parkinson saying either way. i think this "skysports understands" blah is not thst reliable. basically a rumour which sounds correct is being fuelled.
