I searched for it on google images.
To put the kits in the game you need to make a config file. FM Graphics Guru is a good progmamme for making them. Once you have made the config put the folder with your kits and config file in
User/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2011/graphics.
Then in the game settings, go to the display and sounds tab and make sure that you have "Use Skin Cache" unticked and "Reload Skin On Confirm" ticked

I am going away for the weekend and will not be able to make any kits until Monday. Feel free to request, but bear in mind that your kits won't be done until Monday.
 
A vector wont have the back ground and will be more visible on the kit, also why did the second lot of kits look differnet in style to the first lot?
