yeah they do have quality players :)

he does spray the ball nicely, mentioned that in the OP and you right, he does control and recycle possession sweetly.... got Hargreaves to tutor him (went perfectly) now waiting for an option to get Fletcher to tutor him to increase his teamwork and workrate stats even more :)

On that subject Raikan (and I know this is off the topic of Mutch so apologies), why is it that you only get a set list of people you can use to tutor? I've read the thread on tutoring on here but for example, I signed Scott Wagstaff, got him as sqaud status 'decent young player' so he can be tutored, and in my head I was thinking Ashley Young would be a perfect tutor, yet it doesn't give me Wagstaff as an option for Young.

you know, there has been Mutch debate and talk about the Tutoring options.. I for one cannot give you a definate answer.... some of my players wont tutor either ;) there is not Mutch more on the issue than what is in that article I wrote... I would love for someone to eventually answer these questions once and for all...
 
I put it down to more bugs personally, something I'd love them to rectify for FM12. your answer is Mutch appreciated.

Re: conversation on tutoring, Young can now tutor Wagstaff on mine... Guess it is just a case of waiting until the player feels completely settled at the club |) this appeared during the second half of the season.
 
makes me want to start a new game and see if i can make him as good as it says..

rather than trying to get AFC telford to the Prem,

he looks the bizz.

I realise i am rather late on this, it being a week late :$

Went to load my game up this morning with the J.M that i had started to develop a couple of seasons in, no longer have it... hadn't played it in ages, hadn't realised i had deleted it oO)

Its about time my beloved Blues started getting into youth development a **** of a lot more! Iv never really been patient enough to develop players usually, but you have inspired me ;)

I have just started a new Blues on .3 and seeing how he develops i HAVE to have a go, of course will post my screenshots.

Im also going to develop Jack Butland & Nathan Redmond who have very decent potential ratings. A long with Brice Ntambwe who seems promising
 
Board have just signed me this guy at Hull.

Looking forward to a possibly Tom Cairney - Jordon Mutch partnership in midfield.

£4.5m, not bad - I'm sure they could have spent less though.
 
here is an update on Jordon :) put him on a seriously technical schedule as well as getting Fletcher to tutor him now (after another Hargreaves tutoring, 2nd option this time for Hargreaves, 1st option for Fletcher)
 
Time to send him on loan for a full season of championship football if he can get it, he'll be a star in your game that's for sure. He's not far off regular premiership footy already for anyone other than a top four club. What role you plan on giving him? Looks like either a DLP or a ball winning midfielder at the moment, a bit more work on his finishing now (particularly long shots) and he will be a very good box to box midfielder.
 
yeah, he is, have not loaned him out at all, been playing in and out of the 1st team... I play him in a Fletcher type role (Ball winning mid) if he does improve in shooting and finishing I will change him to Box to Box :)
 
To anyone that is interested, Jordan is selected in the Under 21's squad tonight to face Iceland, hopefully he gets some action so you can all see what a decent player he is if you haven't seen MUTCH of him already ;)
 
he plays those balls permanently for me :) I have just bought Pastore (for the 1st time ever, felt like buying all these superstars for the 1st time in Fm11)

also just got the England job, guess who is going to make his International debut soon....
