didnt he use a 4-3-3 and a 4-4-2 diamond ?

4-3-3 one central striker which is drogba with two fast wingers for example mourinho used robben and duff and 2 central midfilders lampard and balack and essien behind them

yes I know about that but I want to know what player instruction should I use!
For example-
goalkeeper-defend
wingback-automatic
advance playmaker-attack
poacher-attack
or that things!
teams-of-the-decade-13-chelsea-2004-06

I prefer the way they are playing now... anyone can enlighten me on the style they play?

lampard - ramires
essien
cole - ivanovic - terry - bosingwa

Jose did briefly use a diamond approach- lampard as the attacking midfielder, duff robben/cole taking up wide midfield positions and the ever present maka as the anchor!

He changed a lot really, especially during the 05/06 season, he had to accommodate for wingers with Robben and co. but then have enough room in the attack for Drogba and co.
