So I'm managing Las Palmas in Liga adelante and I'm pretty much guaranteed promotion to Liga BBVA, but I'm not sure if I should offer Valerón a new one year contract. He would only be a backup member of the squad for next season and his stats aren't that bad for a backup, however he'll be 40 next season so I don't know how much his stats will have declined by then, but considering how much experience he offers I'm wondering if it'd be worth keeping him around for one last season.
