Depay is ready for first team now i would defo recommend him then approach to sign bakkali in jan.

Then 2-3 years down the line you can sell Depay for around 50-70million and bakkali will have developed enough to be more than a suitable replacement and in which could solve your rm/rw problem for next 5 years atleast
