IRL there's a conflict about his contract between Cerro Porteño and Quilmes. The player unilaterally temrinated his contract with Cerro Porteño and decided to play for Quilmes (Has been training with them for about a year) but the paraguayans took the matter to FIFA, and the lad hasn't played a minute of club football since then. That's the most likely reason he's not here. He's been playing for our U-20s though.
