Hi all, after great success with my Barcelona Pep Guardiola tactic on Football Manager 14, I have decided to go a little bit different and have created a Jupp Heynckes 4-2-3-1 tactic... this is just a quick thread due to limited time, I will add more details and screenshots when I have time. For training I use Tactics on high for general training and slide the bar to 50% and use match tactics on match tactics till start of season then I swap the general tactics to defending and match tactics to attacking movement. I let my assistant do my opposition instructions but only allow that if he has 15+ tactical knowledge. if you want to experiment with the tactic then go ahead. sorry for lack of details but its worked very well for me so far.
