ROOKIE FRUIN IS GRANT'S REPLACEMENT

After hours of hard thinking and a board meeting held, West Ham have come to a decision to hire a rookie boss named, Mark Fruin. No one has heard of this man and some fans are questioning the board's decision but they firmly believe Fruin is the right man for the job.

MARK SIGNS A MARCO
Yes, it's been confirmed, after days of being in management of West Ham United, Mark Fruin has signed Italian Youngster, Marco Verratti. Journalists got a quick word with Fruin when he was on his way to there abroad training ground. Fruin said he was "Delighted" to welcome aboard Verratti. There could be some barriers during the match though as Marco doesn't speak English, when Fruin was approached with this he said there was not going to be a problem.

WEST HAM UNDEFEATED IN PRE-SEASON
West Ham fans are sure to be delighted with the pre-season as they saw there club score 21 goals in 6 games. Another new signing Jonjo Shelvey also appeared in the pre-season matches.

The most impressive player was Brazilian Striker Ilan, scoring 5 times, two of them came when he come off the bench, a few were also great long-range efforts.

Marco Verratti was also impressive threading deadly balls through causing opposition defences havoc, he also picked up 2 goals in pre-season one being a great 25-yard strike.

REAL MADRID STAR, LONDON BOUND
The news that we are receiving today is that Real Madrid's Mali Midfielder, Diarra has joined West Ham on a deal we are to believe is around the 4 million pound mark. Manager Mark Fruin has been devouring the transfer market as of late trying to sign those last few players. Could more be joining Mark Fruin's Claret and blue army?
