Just a little idea for FM14 that could aid possession

I really enjoy watching Barcelona's style of play and I have been trying to replicate that in FM for a long time but have failed to do so while created chances let alone goals. When I watch Barca play you often see players swapping their positions but not just with one other player but with many.

So I think FM should allow you the option to instead of swapping just one position with another and
vice versa like this:

allow you to instruct three or more players to swap positions. For example the ST with the AMR and
AMR with AMC and AMC with AML and AML with ST like so:

You can do that with player instructions... Of course you can only move the each player to another position, not have all four interchanging, if that's what you meant

In FM 2013, if your playing as Barcelona and 4-2-3-1 ----trying putting your:

----------

CF on runs into channels.

AML and AMR to roam from position and cut inside.

AMC to roam from position and hug touch line.

---------

CF and AMC to "swap positions"

AML and AMR to "swap positions"

----------

If you want front four players freely switching positions that is. I've also found having your CF and AMC mentality set to "attacking" and your AML and AMR mentality set to "normal" works best.

If you are playing with very attacking fullbacks and AML/AMR that have pretty good stats for tackling, try:


CF on runs into channels.

AML and AMR to roam from position and cut inside.

AMC to roam from position and hug touch line.

and/or (depends how attacking/fluid you want to be):

AMR and RB to "swap positions"

I agree completely. I usually get one of my wingers and my CAM in a 4-2-3-1 formation to rotate, but what I really want to happen is the '3' to keep swapping!
