Hey Guys,

Playing as Man Utd and finally seem to have got my formations right (playing 5 3 1 1 which is 3cbs, 2 wbs, 3 cms, 1 amc & 1 st). I notice that I seem to be exposed to through balls and balls over the top when it comes to switching to my more controlling tactic when I'm leading in the second half. I've noticed that in my experience dropping deeper only invites more pressure yet staying with a high line seems to invite the aforementioned longball/through ball....

I'm thinking the solution is to change the two outside CBs who are quite pacey to a covering role whilst keeping the central defender on defend.....

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Drop your d line, and stick to positions, they've obviously clocked onto your tactics

Hope that helps
