Just been promoted to the prem and getting WUPPED!!! HELP

Can anyone help me with a few tatics and tips on how to stay up in the prem my defence is really bad and im getting beat 4,5,6 - 0 atm im using the tombstone tactic which is basically all out out attack ive tried a slightly more defensive tactic but still no change, in the champ i was hardly ever getting beat and also beat spurs in the fa cup and very nearly beat liverpool now there destroying me and my teams stronger.

just go all defencive then if wiv 10 mins to go still 0-0 go all out attack

Just finished my first season with Torquay in Prem and finished 9th. When I got promoted, I went 4-5-1, control and dropped the defensive line a bit. During the match I always used shouts such as retain possession, pass to feet, work ball into box. And it must work as I managed to beat Man City 1-0, Newcastle 2-1, drew with Arsenal 0-0, beat Chelsea 2-1 (though got gubbed in 2nd match 6-1 thanks to injuries).
