Just Downloaded Then New 10.3 Patch And Encountered A Problem HELP

i have downloaded the new patch and placed it on my desktop, i put the .exe at the end of the files name but when i try to run it, a error box comes up and says ".exe is not valid Win32 application"

What am i suppose to do ???

You don't open the file as it is.

did you add a .exe extension to the patch? it should work if you do so
