Just had to share my new tactic, i haven't played football as good as this on any recent FM and i am the mighty Salford!
I wanted lightening quick attacks after winning the ball back quickly which this has well and truly achieved.
I will go into more details as people ask about it as it might not get much attention but would love to get some feedback.
Just a little bit of advice....
Centre backs - Strong, tall, good heading and jumping are a must.
AMR/AML - speed, speed, speed, Good finishing as well as they weigh in with plenty of goals.
SS's - Don't worry about getting the ideal amc's as fast strikers work really well, but try and get strikers with decent dribbling.
This is the first tactic on this years FM that i have made or tried others that i've downloaded that get good ratings from my strikers and fullback.
I'm playing FM Touch.

Actually you do. In the pre match screen and you have to set them manually every single match. You simply don't use them, or your AM is setting them for you. See it in his profile.
 
Great Tactic

Me and my friend regularly do Co-op Saves and our current one we started lower leagues etc and have worked our way to the Premier League.

I'm West Ham and truth be told, I've had £300m+ over 2 seasons to spend so I've gone and got myself great players.

I took over half way through one season, 15th place and I took them to finish 8th In that season. Second season I chopped and changed with tactics but wasn't able to find a solid home and away one, often switching during games between 3 tactics as none we're consistently OP. I ended up finishing 5th, my friend however at Liverpool won the league and champions league, so you'd think i'd be way behind.

Third season (current one), i'm sat 10 points clear at the top with 10 games to go, Still in Europa League knock out rounds, won the Carabao Cup already. This tactic has been consistent and such a winner for me, Overpowered to ****!!!

The only change I made from the original tactic was putting "pass into space" on the tactic. I find turning Strikers into Shadow strikers the best choice (Ones with good passing), all 4 attackers need to be fast!!
I also rotate Moise Kean and Rashford on the left wing, they score a lot back post. Right wing I always have a natural winger, Federico Chiesa is my back up for example.

Have to tweak rarely, at home against weak opposition I usually go to Attacking by about 30 mins if I haven't scored.

WHY IS NO-ONE HYPING THIS TACTIC? IT'S ACTUALLY CRAZY GOOD!!! Thanks for your tactic :)
 
does Ths tactic work normaly if u are using a PC?

I will try this out tonight, 7-1 away win to spurs stood out! I'm so done with 3-5-2, yes it wins yes i got lots of trophies but i'm so bored of it. Rubbish football on the eye pump it forward cross it in zzzzzzzzzz Boring.

I'll let you know how i get on with my madrid save :-)
 
good tactic, but my strikers are having too many one on one chances with the opposition goalkeeper.
its almost impossible to score from that situation.

but its only my first match.
should be better after the tactic become more fluid.
 
Hey, played some games with this tactic with arsenal ( but i have completely different team atm).. The thing is tactic is really good, good football playing it's just that shadow strikers don't score almost at all, they score but rarely , only my wingers score (maybe they need to get used to playing on AMC as SS role? I dunno)

ps tactic is very fluid

Complaining about to much CCC xD Must be decent tactic that breaks mind of gamers ^^
 
Why this tactic is not getting some love? I've plugged it in 10games before end of season and at the start of the new season I've played 19 games, 1 draw vs man utd, 1 loss cl vs dynamo kyiv. I'm playing as arsenal season 2021/2022 didn't try this with new save. My team is mostly young players I've sold the majority of old arsenal team. But still I've tried many many tactics from all around and this one firstly looks like a normal tactic and not the one with 3 attackers which for me are boring to play with. The football this tactic is playing is simply amazing, after each game if you read social feed it just explodes from comments.

Man you made a good good tactic ! Keep going

Wow cheers man for the compliments! tbh i haven't played fm now for a week or two, just been too busy with work. Glad it is working well for you, like you said the football it plays is superb, just hope other people give it a whirl to find out. Deffo agree with the 3 strikers as it just ruins the game, our lass could even win! Hopefully you keep on enjoying it.
 
First I like the look of this tactic I did make a change though, I moved the left side shadow striker up to a deep lying forward attack, he now scores more, i’ll See if that continues but good tactic so far
 
Keep shadow strikers but make sure you play strikers in this position with the right attributes to make a good SS. Convert them to the role, they’ll have the knack of scoring and therefore score more goals.
 
so it was going well, beat West Ham 4-1. beat Palace 6-3 drew with Man City 1-1, then against Man Utd, 11 yellow cards and a sending off, this tactic commits fouls like nothing else, that's my only criticism of it but boy do you collect cards

Never had a problem with yellow cards with the tactic
