Not sure about work permits on these players but you could try... Giuseppe Bellusci - Catania (£3.5m) On my save I'm in 2015 & he's now a Italy rugular & his value is 15m, he's had around 7.70-8.00 AvR for the past couple of seasons. You could also try Julian Velazquez from Argentine club Independiente who you could get for around 4.5m
