last year fm14 manager transfer targets u would be interested in use to *** up around the transfer time and clubs interested in your players it use say keep player or sell for the rite price is dat gone dis year i mean like man city intrested in messi
 
its shows in messages dat ur interested in a player and its up to u to sign him or not
 
its amazing that you've continued to type like that.

I THINK the answer is yes. There are still rumors about your players that you have an opportunity to respond to.

And the computer will still ask you about random players that you may or may not be interested in. But if thats how you are identifying your transfer targets, just like your typing "skills", you are doing it all wrong :).
 
I'm sorry but this is ridiculous, trying to read the original post has given me a sore head.

Players are trouted around by agents depending on the settings you have...
- you can set it to show all (no filter)
- filter only future prospect
etc

Sell player at the right price
Not sure if you are referring to placing players on unwanted list.
You can place a player on unwanted list and set a min acceptable price. When there is a team bid that matches it, your assistant to help you to accept the offer.

Rumours about your players
like what mwhitehorn07 mentioned, yes, you will still get news of other teams's interest in your players. And you can respond to them.

These features are there in FM14.
