Keep leaking goals

Hey everyone,

I am playing as Man City and i score a lot of goals, but i leak a lot of them too. I am in February and in all competitions i only have 3 Clean sheets. I have messed around with the tactic a bit but i can't find the problem, Anyone know the best way to set up a defence?
