I play with both Anderlecht and Chelsea, I started the season very well but after january i started losing more and more, i tried a lot of tactics and still i keep losing
I really dont know what to do anymore,,,
It's a lack of consistency in the players and probably over-confidence. Sometimes even just teams understanding your tactic more and how to play against it. Maybe you are not tweaking them enough prior to each game for it to defend against complacency and sides that counter-attack well and effectively. Adapting to pitch sizes, weather conditions and to the opposition themselves makes the tactic fresh and avoid it falling prey to smaller teams knowing how to attack and defend against it.
