Keeper attributes

I was playing away my FM save, when this guy came through the ranks. This regen started with 16 handling and one on ones! The only issue I have with him, is his aerial ability. His attribute for this is only 9 and he is only 180 cm (still growing). He does have 15 jumping though, meaning that the only issue here is his aerial ability. I have Wojciech Szczesny and Jeronimo Rulli in my team and i'm considering the sale of Rulli to let this kid through. Is it worth loaning him for another season or 2 to start at a premier league team or should I keep him as a backup and tutor him by Szczesny, who would no doubtedly help improve his communication, command of area and aerial ability? One problem with these stats, is that they can't be trained individually. Help would be much appreciated.

I'd keep him. He looks like a real gem. Train him well, mentor him and let him play already in the easy games.
 
Train him up, use him in easier cup games for the first team. Or loan him out some time to a decent team where he will still start. Worst comes to the worst and you don't think he is good enough for you, then he should still be worth a few quid

Hes got a very good average rating for West ham there in your screenshot so that's good.

1 thing, wouldn't use him as a sweeper keeper 11 rushing out at 10 acceleration is not going to end well ;)

That's the issue. I'm not sure whether I should use him for cup games and have him tutored by Szczesny or loan him out in the premier league to a team like West Ham again. I'm more worried about his aerial ability.
 
i hate loans, the player never seems to progress aswell as if i played him a couple of times and kept him with excellent coaches. even if he gets a lot of games at his loan club.
