keeping my staff

hi,

i want to stop other clubs approaching my staff even though i offered them a new contract last year with at least 3+ years left.

wat can i do?

You can't. It's as simple as that. It is a joke how often clubs steal your staff for small compensation fee's but I suppose you just have to get on with it and find even better staff

Usually it ain´t hard to keep them, if you´re financially stable that is. When other clubs approach your staff, check what role they´re offering to him (they often try to steal youth coaches by offering them a contract as coach) and then offer him the same role at your club with either the cash they expect or slightly above it.

Often when you do this and try to offer them a contact, they state they are not interested in rejoining their former club...

i didn´t mean that this should be done when the staff is gone already, but when the clubs make a contract offer to your current staff (you´ll get a message so and so club approach this or that staff member). After they´re already gone it´s obviously pointless...

Its a very annoying problem in the game as it happens far too often.All you can do is offer them an improved contract when the other club approaches them or when they declare intrest in joining another club.
