Kevin Nolan for West Ham?

I take that back about Barton then. Just heard live on Talksport, and he's desperate to get a new contract at the club. However he did say, that if a club in the Champions League, or with Champions League experience came in for him, he said (and I quote) "it would be a no-brainer". Don't blame him-if Ashley is stupid enough not to give him a new contract, I'd go aswell. He should get a new contract. He's settled in the area, loves the area, loves the fans, and is now going to be a dad, so he obviously needs the stability. Do him a favour Ashley and do something right for a change-give him the contract he deserves. After the way he's improved as a person, and after a great season as a player, it's the least you could do for the guy.

Done and dusted. Nolan officially signs a 5 year contract with West Ham
 
5 years? Great deal for him but bit of a fail West Ham board
