Key Attributes for Players

i have a question. if i modify a player in the editor why doesn't the game give me the exact modifications. For ex: at goalkepeer if i make his reflexes 20 in editor, in game it will be 16 or 17. I don't understand. If someone has a tipp pls tell me.:)

This is, in my opinion, a very good guide on specialist player instructions and what attributes to look out for. It has been very useful to me in setting my tactics and buying the right players for my Man United team. Hope it helps you guys too.

No it doesn't thats Technique.

Flair is to do with insipration to the team and spurring them on e.g Wayne Rooney on the bench for Man United his flair is 16+ and you are losing 1-0, when you play him on the second half it spurs the team on and makes them play better! Which increases your chance on winning!

The attribute which governs that is 'Determination'. If a player has a high determination then he won't give up on a match quite so easily and if he also has high influence his determination may also inspire team-mates. :) Flair is, as I said earlier, the attribute which covers a players willingness to try something different, like a bicycle kick or juggling the ball over a defender to unlock a tight defence. Good creativity is a good thing to have with a high flair player as you want to have more than performing seals on the pitch. 'Technique' covers a player's basic ability to do something - so a high flair player with low technique may well try a bicycle kick, but it's more than likely to end up hitting the corner flag and not the goal.
 
flair is just how good he can run with the ball and has the ability to go past player without braking a sweat prime examples are - messi, c ronado, ronaldinho, kaka, ribery, david silva and so on....and of course what zebedee said try things out the blue 'bicycle kick' and etc.

flair/creativity/technique with a 'free role' you cant get a better combination than that work wonders..
