Cheers mate. Once I have an idea in my head I pop onto Photoshop and draw up something that I think looks nice. This is my break from my other save Liverpool F.C. The 5 Year Plan. :P A Journeyman save is about as far away from the high of the Premier League but I wanted to do something different from the usual "start unemployed and work my way up through Europe."

Hoping to get a job int he Australian league after my spell with New Zealand U20s, with a long term goal being to lead the Senior New Zealand team into the FIFA World Cup.

Yea noticed you were taking a break, was a quiet follower of "the 5 year plan" despite my dislike of Liverpool :P lol

In any case good luck with it, as an Aussie would love to see you land a job in the A-League!

Part of my job description was that I would travel around the nation raising awareness for
the U20s World Cup in 2015. I'm proud to be apart of the Host nation and the chance to
manage my national Under 20s side on home soil in my first professional outing is something
special.

The New Zealand Prime Minister John Key and Governor-General Sir Jerry Mataparae were
among the special guests at a football event in Wellington this week set up to commemorate
the Christmas Truce of 1914.

The event, #FootballRemembers, was jointly run by the British High Commission together with
the French and German Embassies.

School teams from across the Wellington region participated in the all day tournament which
was also attended by FIFA U-20 World Cup New Zealand 2015 Ambassador, Wynton Rufer.

Rufer, Oceania Player of the Century and two-time German player of the year, was a huge hit
with the football playing youngsters as he posed for photos with them and the FIFA U-20
World Cup Winner's Trophy which remained on site throughout the day.

British High Commissioner, Jonathan Sinclair, described the event as a huge success. Mr
Sinclair said it was an honour that both the Governor-General and the Prime Minister
attended the tournament.

I'm probably going to spend a lot of time watching A-League matches anyway until then since the only active league available that is producing Kiwis are Wellington Phoenix in Australia.

Some bad news there mate, especially after convincing Rufer to play.

On an interesting(?) Side note i've been trying to sign Harshane Raniga for 4 years in my "Get it India" story but just cant land him. He has declared for India in my save. Don't know how he'd look for NZ but looks like a star for India.

It's only a short term injury for Rufer so he still may feature. He'll be fit for the second game anyway so I'll still get to see him play.

Raniga was born in Auckland but is eligible for India... and speak of the devil, guess who gave him a call up! :P
