I've never managed a junior international side and I though it might be fun. It's less stressful and definitely something I'd recommend to anyone who wants a change from the usual league set up. Everyone says they love developing youngsters; these jobs are designed for exactly that!

I was having a decent save with Wellington and NZ national team before game breaking bugs destroyed it (eg players stuck on international duty for a year for OFC nations cup games...)
I suggest you adding the american MLS as a playable league if you're planning a long term save with New Zealand, as for some reason the american league creates several NZ regens every year (some are pretty good too!)
