So, am i dealing with kids here? Because saying i want to win against a lower team and they get angry or something like that? seriously? Its beyond ridiculous team talk now.

It depends what your squad's like, they may not react well to pressure so pressuring them by saying you expect a win (regardless of the team you're facing) might not be the best thing to do

It also depends on what your reputation is, and how much they respect you. So they will respond favourably to your team talks once you start getting results and as time goes on.
