Kiebling - Feed back please

Can anyone tell me how good is kiebling ( starts on Bayer Leverkusen )?
He only as 11/12 in finishing, but for the 3rd time he was the best europe scorer. Can´t really understand why!!! What about maggio from Napoli, is he a good signing?

Just because his finishing is poor, doesn't mean he's not gonna score a lot of goals, his Long Shots & Heading are still good, as well as Anticipation, Concentration, Creativity, Off The Ball and Pace, it all about playing him to his strengths, one on one with the keeper he's absolutely useless, but if you were to use him as.... (I'll leave it there, and let you decide)!
