Youth coach appointed QPR manager.
QPR have announced the appointment of former youth coach Kieran Lynch as their new manager, succeeding Mark Hughes. The 26 year old, who has been at the club for 2 years, has never managed before only at youth level. However, Lynch is highly-rated in the QPR camp once touted to become the next Villa-Boas. It is rumoured that Mark Hughes' one last request was that Kieran Lynch was appointed. The football world is in state of shock with many criticising QPR's lack of ambition to give such a young and inexperienced manager the job.
