I'm using your tactic for England national team. I have noticed that WBs are rather looking for pass(cross) instead shooting when they enter into penalty area. Could you tell me the reason? Do you have some tactical tip/trick for this?

do you want them to shoot more? i actually wished they crossed more sometimes lol sometimes they try some really silly shots, but they also score some amazing goals. if you want them to shoot more, remove "shoot less often" shout from their individual instructions

no mate. It just looks great when a WB cross and a striker finishes it with style. So shoot less often is the key, thank you

aaaaaaaah! exactly! sorry if i didnt understand first time :P i completely agree. you can try and add "cross more often" or just train him with a PPM that say to pass instead of shoot
