Been using 523 Libero Counter V4 for the last 10 or so games. I have lost all of my away games. Last two games I lost 4-0 and 3-1 to teams I beat comfortably earlier in the season. Both games were in wet weather if that makes any difference? Only had 4 and 3 CCC's respectively.
Take it you're not a fan of long term development?
i actually am, quite a bit. but you still get development from your players using this sort of training. but i probably went this way coz i was doing short-term saves for testing. in a long-term save i'd have probably chose different training to further develop my players.
did the other teams outplay you? and how did you concede? in my sassuolo save im actually winning all my away matches and drawing my home ones lol
could also come down to team morale or poor team talks. i've seen my team crumble after half-time and giving away a 2-0 lead due to poor team talks. this leads to poor morale, and getting out of those slumps is hard. need to talk to players individually and have a team meeting to get things back on track

As you can see the games are fairly even. Squad morale is between fairly good and very good.
In the 4-2 loss the goals were a pen, two shots from the edge of the box and a another from space inside the box.
The 2 all draw was a header from a corner at the back post and a cross come shot from the right wing.
The 4-0 loss was a pen, two through balls and a free kick from deep on the left that beat everyone and skidded in past the keeper
The 3-0 loss was a long throw into the box flicked on and finished from the pen spot, and two diagonal balls over defenders one finished one on one the other bought down and volleyed from the edge of the area with defenders around him

from what i see, the only game you deserved to lose was the 4-0, and not even by those numbers. matches like the others will always happen, especially if your squad lacks some quality. im playing with sassuolo and due to the quality of my front players im having a hard time scoring. we have a lot of chances but they simply dont go in. same can happen with defenders.
what is your media prediction? what do you think of the quality of your squad compared to the rest of the league and how are you doing in the league?

We are sitting third with a media prediction of 8th but that was before I bought in some quality players for this level. Our squad is better than 16 points behind the leader after 16 games. Most of that early good work was done with V2 of your 4-3-3-0 tactic but the reason were third has more to do with the teams around us dropping points than it does our good work.
that is quite the gap. more than i expected. but did you change from v2 to the killer mid season? that might be what's happened. if you're up for it, stick with it, results and performances will improve

just lost 1-0 away to roma in a macth i should have won easily looking at the stats, although no one would have given me a chance before the game. they scored their only CCC and we missed all 6
we also played with 10 men since 34 minutes. played without the libero.

Yeah massive gap, changed after about 10/15 games but our tactic awareness was quite low for V2 and then jumped quite significantly in a short time after changing to Libero V4. I will absolutely stick with it in the hope of an improvement. Will keep you posted of any ups or downs, if not for any reason but so you have some extra data on how the formation is going

Was also offside 6 times. Really seem to be struggling with the Libero atm. The guy playing there has good stats for it but is always playing poorly. Same goes for when he was playing regista before, just always bad ratings even though he was our best Def Mid

ideally he should be able to finish too! he scores quite a few goals

I havent played a home game for a bit over a month. The last one was a game against 2nd place and I bear them 1-0, then lost 3-1 a few weeks later.

mate, i've been trying a couple of things. try to remove direct passing and higher tempo from team instructions. my sassuolo just beat milan 3-1 away with these changes
