Killer Passes

Hi I am relatively new to Football Manager 2012 and I am playing as my home town Brighton, I started very well and find myself in tenth place. My question is how to get the team to play more killer balls to the target man?

quite simply sign players with better passing stats, do filter searches on people like scholes, iniesta, xavi, xabi alonso and see whos available to your club

also try to train your playmakers preferred moves and tell them to pass more killerballs, that will help a lot to.
also when you are in a match you can try to put up a instruction witch says Bring ball into 16 or something like that, my game is in dutch so i dont know how it is described in English, this can also help if your tactic is with short passing.
