Kit Creation?

Is there a specific thread or anything where i can go to show me how to use photoshop. I have phototshop and have just downloaded the templates, but i have no idea what to do.

I have done my kits after three hours hard work lol.

Now how do i go about making the config file? I dont quite understand this bit.

Download graphics guru. It helps change config files which can be downloaded from the site.

I have downloaded fm guru and when i try n load my png kit, it changes it from 160x160 to something like 630kb? and then i cannot view my kit. I have tried copy n pasting configs that have been done for premierleague kit packs and just changing the details to my teams name, no luck lol.

Can anyone simplyify the process for me.
