Ok, we now have our two finalists - Mike and Ryanhobbs. - Congratulations on reaching the final.

They each have to design one kit for each of the following themes:


World Club Cup Winners
European Super Cup Winners
European Cup (Champions League) Winners
EUFA Cup (Europa League) Winners

So, you can choose to design either the home, away, or third kit for any club who is involved in the themes, for example I might decide to do:

Corinthians - Home
AC Milan - Third
Real Madrid - Home
Valencia - Away

I have a slight issue. I may be able to come up with something now, but it'll only be quick and on-the-spot. I'll be unavailable from now until next Monday (hopefully - work and family), so I may not be able to reach the deadline.

Ok, I have both sets of kits in now, the poll will go up later today. There will be a difference in the final, as you will vote for each separate kit, and the person with the most collective votes will win.

Our final poll has closed and our winner is MIKE

Congratulations to him, he has won the Pen Tool Challenge, and also wins the "Best in Show" prize for his Zenit St. Petersburg kits. Commiserations to Ryanhobbs who gets a well deserved 2nd place.

I am planning to release a megapack of all the kits in this fantastic competition (Thanks to hellroker for doing the config files!) However, as there have been multiple kits for the same team, the highest ranked kit will go in. In the case of the Semi finals, Mike designed an Arsenal home kit, in which a home and away kit had already been designed by Ryanhobbs in the round before, meaning that I have put the highest ranking kit (Mike's) as Arsenal's 3rd kit. I have also done this elsewhere.
For any kits that don't make it into the game due to this kit duplication thing, I have left the pictures of the kit in the folder for you to look at and even replace if you don't like the default kit that's in there

Finally, I would just like to say how fun, stressful and time consuming this competition was for me, and I'm glad everyone involved seemed to enjoy it as much as I did, as I believe this to be the last ever kit competition due to the competition embargo in place at the moment, I'm glad we've made it a good one, and I hope people enjoy whatever happens next in terms of kit making contests.

Agreed, although I personally thought the final would have been a bit closer when I saw the kits.
