You need to create a graphics folder in my documents\sports interactive\football manager 2008.
Then in the graphics folder you have created, create a pictures folder. When you're in there create a final folder called Kits. This will keep everything tidy, then unrar your kitpack into this folder.
The destination folder should look like this...
C:\Documents and Settings\Tet\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\graphics\pictures\Kits
